Kuwohi (pronounced koo-WHOA-hee), highest peak in the Great Smoky Mountains, lies within the Cherokee ancestral homeland and offers sweeping views of mountain ridges across the Smokies and beyond. This new collection features its iconic observation tower and some of its most characteristic species: red-cheeked salamander (found only in the park), Fraser fir (found only in the Southern Appalachians), American mountain-ash (a northern tree reaching its southern limit in the Smokies), and raven (a denizen of higher elevations often seen soaring overhead).
All purchases support Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
