The official Great Smoky Mountains National Park annual parking tag is available now. One hundred percent of revenue from the “Park it Forward” program stays in the park and provides funding for improved visitor services like trail maintenance, custodial services, trash removal, and law enforcement staff. Annual parking tags are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire at 11:59 PM on the last day of the expiration month.

The Great Smokies Welcome Center is located on U.S. 321 in Townsend, TN, 2 miles from the west entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Visitors can get information about things to see and do in and around the national park and shop from a wide selection of books, gifts, and other Smokies merchandise. Daily, weekly, and annual parking tags for the national park are also available.
